Don’t Miss Your Last Chance to Win a Goodhew Extreme Sock Drawer Makeover!

The clock is ticking with only a few hours left to enter The Adventure Post’s contest giveaway for a Goodhew Extreme Sock Drawer Makeover – that’s 12 pairs of its best-selling performance socks! Your last chance to enter ends at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) today on December 16, 2011. See below for all our entry rules.

Is your sock drawer a disaster? Do you have a jumble of worn-out socks with holes in the toes? Or maybe the clothes-dryer gremlins have hidden single socks, leaving you with few matching pairs. Perhaps a friend or family member needs a serious sock intervention. You can end the suffering by upgrading your drawer with 12 pairs of Goodhew performance socks, which you can enter to win through our giveaway.

It’s easy to enter the Goodhew Extreme Sock Drawer Makeover giveaway, and the winner will receive 12 pairs of Goodhew’s performance outdoor and performance lifestyle socks in his or her size. (Due to inventory availability during the holidays, Goodhew will provide 12 of its best-selling styles.)

A little more about the goods: We’ve been fans of Goodhew socks since they hit the market a few years ago. The “Thread Architects” at Goodhew select the optimum yarns and fabrics to produce soft, comfortable and durable socks that manage moisture, allow your feet to breathe, and help prevent blisters. And, oh yeah, the socks look great, too! To produce high-quality socks, Goodhew utilizes the best materials: merino wool, bamboo, lambswool, alpaca and Coolmax. Combine these fabrics with flat-toe seams, toe cushioning, arch support and deep heel pockets, and you have some truly awesome socks.

Here’s how to enter:

  • Leave a comment below telling us how many unmatched socks, or socks with holes, are in your drawer right now (estimations are fine – have fun with it!). You are allowed one comment per day. (By leaving a comment, we’ll have your email address to contact you.)
  • Tweet on Twitter: “I entered to win a Goodhew Extreme Sock Drawer Makeover (12 pairs of its best sellers!) on @AdventurePost –  http://tiny.cc/j7a4t.” For the tweet to count as a giveaway entry, you must tell us in a separate comment below. This is good for one additional entry per day.
  •  “Like” our page on Facebook and let us know in a comment below. If you’re already a fan, leave a separate comment below saying so. You are allowed to enter this way only once during the duration of the contest.
  • Each comment made – whether an entry comment, a Tweet or a Facebook like – must be entered in its own comment box to count as an entry.
  • You may enter (leave a comment) once daily until 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on December 16, 2011.
  • The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
  • Immediate family members of The Adventure Post are not eligible to enter.
  • You must be 18 to enter.
  • Entrants in the United States and Canada are eligible.
  • Each individual comment will be assigned a number, based on the order received. We will enter the assigned numbers into random.org to generate the winning comment number. We will reveal the winner’s name and winning comment number in a post the week of December 19, 2011.
  • We will contact the winner through e-mail, and if the winner does not respond to two e-mails announcing his/her win within a week, another comment number will be chosen.
  • Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary.

Please note: Socks pictured are not guaranteed as part of the giveaway.

I have at least 25 pairs of mismatched and socks full of holes. I am also a volunteer firefighter and am constantly looking for high quality comfy socks to make the uncomfortable boots you have to wear a little more bearable.

My husband probably has 10 mismatched socks and about 6 with holes (our dog loves his socks).

My family has so many unmatched socks that we keep them in a box incase we find the other one. Do dryers eat socks?

Elves, its Elves I tells ya, I have about 4 socks without a mate. And if I wore the missmatched pairs, I would look like a circus clown. Those Elves have a funny sense of humor.

I don’t keep holey socks, but I always have unmatched ones. How does the washing machine keep eating them?? If I win the socks I’ll keep half of them and do a giveaway with the other half. Lets spread the love!
